Juliette is the founder and president of Ethics Suite, a company that helps businesses identify, investigate, and resolve alleged wrongdoing at their organization by providing a comprehensive solution for the internal reporting and tracking of workplace misconduct, fraud, or theft. Ethics Suite also provides expert support for internal investigations and ethics and compliance-related consulting services. Ms. Gust has conducted or managed more than 1,500 investigations spanning 75 countries, and has advised on more than 10,000 employee ethics line reports. She developed and was the Director of the global Fraud & Investigations team for a global hospitality company with more than 180,000 employees in 100 countries. She also served as the company’s Project Manager and core member of Its Anti-Corruption Compliance Program.

Background

  • Juliette's past experience includes providing advisory services to a diverse group of clients as a Manager and subject matter specialist within PwC’s Regulatory, Forensics, and Hospitality practices, where she led investigations and engagements in the U.S. and abroad on a variety of matters including anti-money laundering, anti-corruption and anti-bribery, embezzlement and financial statement fraud, and has presented findings and recommendations before executive boards, federal and state regulatory agencies and audit committees in response to regulatory enforcement actions. Prior to focusing on forensic accounting, Juliette spent 15 years in industry operations as an operations manager and general manager in high-volume hotels, casino hotels, convention centers and restaurants.

Juliette has been a Certified Fraud Examiner since 2007. She has also received certificates for training related to Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Corruption, and Sanctions Compliance.

Juliette was the recipient of the International Food & Beverage Forum’s Michael Batterberry Award and Scholarship, and is a former Multicultural Foodservice & Hospitality Alliance Showcase of the Star’s “Star.” She was a 2003 winner of the Wall Street Journal Award for Excellence in Accounting, and a Starwood Finance Partner in Excellence Award recipient.

Ms. Gust is fluent in Spanish and attended the Cornell School of Hotel Administration, the Swiss International Hotel and Tourism Training Institute, and Johnson & Wales University, where she earned dual degrees in Accounting and International Hospitality Administration.
